Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a full time Luxury Spa Advisor to join our growing team

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing personalized and exceptional Guest service at every given opportunity.
- Performs telephone answering duties comprising of: arranging appointments, answering inquiries, transferring calls to Spa Concierge Desk, taking and receiving information regarding the Spa facilities.
- Responds to Guest complaints, requests, referrals and inquiries as required. Refers unsolved situations to Spa Management or General Manager.
- Performs sales function to promote Spa facility.
- Performs accounting duties related to credit card approvals for Spa reservations.
- Processes Spa appointment book consisting of expected arrivals, daily in-house lists, group rooming lists and occupancy reports.
- Conducts Spa mailings for brochures, promotions and Spa appointment confirmation letters.
- Communicates with Spa Receptionists/Supervisors/Manager on a daily basis.
- Meeting established up-selling and sales goals.
- Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties’ products and services.
- Suggesting additional product and services meeting our Guests’ specific preferences.
- Assessing Guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
- Actively seeking ways to meet Guests’ product or service needs.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What You'll bring to the team**:

- Excellent computer skills.
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proven ability to provide excellent Guest service.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.65-$17.53 per hour
