**Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all aspects of the outdoor pool bar and cabanas
- Perform administrative duties that are required while on shift
- Enforce all health and safety/sanitation standards
- Establish immediate credibility with guests and staff
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need as a Supervisor**

**Experience**: 2+ years’ restaurant supervisory experience

**Certification**: Smart Serve

**Other Qualifications**:

- Experience in a fast paced bar setting preferred
- Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Resort or Outdoor Spa experience an asset
