We are seeking an accomplished Technical Operations Manager with a proven track record in project coordination, team training, and successful project delivery. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, team development, and the overall success of our technical operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the coordination of technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement training programs for the technical operations team, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
- Drive the team to meet project deadlines and delivery milestones, maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Utilize your strong technical background to guide the implementation of systems and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
- Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators for technical operations, driving the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Lead and inspire a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize your technical expertise to address complex issues, providing guidance to the team in effective problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to up-to-date information.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years proven experience in technical project coordination and team leadership.
- Strong technical background in system implementation and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to define and achieve key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- The ability to inspire and lead a team in a dynamic and innovative environment.
