**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and drive **full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and data engineering** projects.
- Develop and manage **project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables** in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects align with **business objectives and best engineering practices**.
- Work closely with **engineering, DevOps, data, and product teams** to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate **daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming** sessions.
- Identify and mitigate **technical risks** while proactively resolving blockers and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to **security, scalability, and DevOps** best practices.
- Provide **status updates, risk assessments, and project reports** to key stakeholders.
- Translate **business needs into technical requirements** and vice versa.
- Drive **continuous improvement in project management processes** and Agile workflows.
- Document **project plans, decision-making processes, and technical dependencies**.

**What You Bring**
- **5+ years** of experience as a **Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or Scrum Master** in a **SaaS or cloud-based** environment.
- Experience managing **event-driven architecture projects (Kafka, SQS, OpenSearch)**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure API design**.
- Hands-on experience with **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and project management tools (**JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana**).
- Excellent **communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills**.
- Proven ability to **manage multiple projects simultaneously** while balancing competing priorities.

**Bonus Points For**
- Technical background in **software engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure**.
- Experience with **data pipelines, analytics tools (Redshift, Looker, QuickSight), and reporting/BI workflows**.
- Knowledge of **third-party integrations (Stripe, Shopify, Zapier, SendGrid, etc.)**.
- **PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications**.
