**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record management.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the dental receptionist duties by managing patient records and appointment scheduling when required.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and managing communications effectively.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
