**Role Overview**:

- For Dental Assistants (Level II, HARP certified):_
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
- Set up and disinfect treatment rooms and instruments
- Take X-rays and impressions as needed
- Provide occasional support at the front desk when required
- For Dental Receptionists:_
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, book appointments, and verify insurance details
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly in coordination with the clinical team

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (HARP) **or** Dental Receptionist with experience in a dental office
- Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative roles
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental software (such as Tracker or Dentrix) is an asset
