**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be paramount in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. **Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth experience for our executives.
- Prepare and review important documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, showcasing your superb editing and proofreading skills.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide valuable insights to support informed decision-making processes.
- Proactively manage and anticipate executive needs, keeping a finger on the pulse of the organization and demonstrating your exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, earning the trust and respect of our executives and stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication channels between executives and internal/external stakeholders, exercising diplomacy and professionalism at all times.
- Streamline administrative processes, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across the executive team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and organizational developments to provide valuable input and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines amidst competing demands.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of English grammar.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure and remaining composed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
**Key Knowledge and Experience**
- 4+ years of experience with proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives is required for this position.
**Time**
We have normal hours of business and every employee will need to work a minimum of 40 hours per week excluding personal time needs (vacation, sick, bereavement, banked time, etc.). In consulting there are always busier times and slower times. When things get busy there will be a requirement to work overtime so that we can get the job done and meet our client’s needs.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
