Vallea Lumina is a magical, multimedia forest night walk and one of Whistler’s most iconic tourism offerings. As Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, champion exceptional guest journeys, and help shape the future of The Adventure Group alongside a passionate and committed team.

**Salary and Team Perks**:

- $60,000- $70,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:
As the **Assistant General Manager**, your role will focus on leading people, enhancing the guest journey, and supporting the business with structure, strategy, and creativity.
- Ensure the Lumina team is fully staffed and supported (Leads, Rangers, AV team) by collaborating with People & Culture to fill any gaps quickly.
- Coach and develop your team through structured quarterly 1-on-1s and clear performance feedback.
- Lead daily and weekly operational check-ins to maintain rhythm, consistency, and accountability.
- Monitor and drive financial performance.
- Deliver 5-star service across every step of the guest experience, from pre-arrival outreach to warm farewells and post-visit follow-ups..
- Build and nurture community partnerships
- Maintain labour efficiency, ensuring schedules are submitted in advance and labour targets (9% or lower) are consistently met.
- Support 7-day and 52-week programming, helping to activate consistent experiences aligned with The Gibbons Way.
