**WHISTLER’S HEADQUARTERS FOR GOOD TIMES IS LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT GENERAL MANAGER**

The General Manager of Moe Joe's is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, including staffing, budgeting, marketing, and customer service. The General Manager will work closely with the Gibbons Executive Team to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue, improving the customer experience, and building the club's reputation as a premier destination for nightlife entertainment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold Core Values: Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness, Act like an Owner & Hustle
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and improving the customer experience
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Create and manage budgets, including expenses and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business
- Assist with hitting venue critical number (Hook Ups), ensure Hook Up completion
- Quarterly Marketing & Event execution

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration skills
- Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
