**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, handling front desk responsibilities, and performing essential accounting tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and experience in hospitality management.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform security walks of the property.
- Assist with any administrative tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $25.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
