**A Day in the Life of an Accounts Payable Administrator at RWC**

Be apart of designing your community From the bustling downtown core all the way to Northern British Columbia you will be involved in remotely championing our accounts payables across all of our sites including Amazon HQ, YVR Airport, University of British Columbia, Parq Casino, Emily Carr University, Willowbrook Mall and much more We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator with a “roll up the sleeves” attitude who will be spearheading our AP process.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable processing in a paperless environment, coding & costing of invoices to appropriate accounts
- Identifying related Purchase Orders and conducting detailed reviews to ensure accuracy
- Accounts payable maintenance including reconciling vendor statements, following up on outstanding invoices and credit notes, and maintaining electronic-based vendor files
- Assisting with semi-monthly payment runs
- Conducting accruals, reconciliations, and other month/year end activities
- Troubleshooting supplier statement reconciliations, inadequate receipts/posting errors and rejected invoices
- Ad hoc projects pertinent to accounts payable

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2-years experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping capacity
- Excellent computer skills including the ability to use various financial systems
- Experience with Plexxis software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and cost benefit analysis
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- accounting or bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- Accounts payable processing: 1 year (preferred)
