GMO-Z.COM BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA Inc. is under the GMO Internet Group, which is a Japanese IT giant and launched its Internet business operation in 1995. We are seeking an Operations Assistant to start a financial division at our new Toronto office.

**=Duties / Responsibilities for Account opening operator=**
・KYC (Know Your Customer) and its management tasks for opening new customer accounts
・CDD and its management task

**=Skills and abilities (must)=**
・Experience in KYC/CDD in the financial industry
・Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
・Canadian or Permanent residents or Open Work Permit
・Business level communication in Japanese
・Business level communication in English
・Strong attention to detail and accuracy
・Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, use discretion, diplomacy and tact.
・Excellent organizational and time management skills
・Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously simplifying and prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
・Self directed but able to work in a team environment
・Communications skills
・Able to anticipate needs of team members
・Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
・Enthusiasm to work in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
