**Requirements**:

- **Smart Serve Certification** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Customer Service Experience**:

- **Previous Server Experience or Restaurant Setting**:

- **Strong customer‑service mindset**:

- **Good teamwork and communication skills**

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Train new employees
- Develop and launch seasonal menu items each quarter
- Handle customer service in both English and Chinese
- Receive and address guest feedback, suggestions, and online reviews
- Foster teamwork, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with staff
- Observe guests’ reactions to food and restaurant environment; identify issues proactively
- Ensure strict quality control of food and beverage preparation
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the restaurant
