Spade Hospitality is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is goal-oriented and self-motivated to join our management team. The assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day admin tasks.

**Skills**:

- Reliable, positive attitude, and great with the customer, and staff interactions.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, conduct themselves with diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Social Media Main platforms; and willingness to learn new programs.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident on the phone, and answering calls.
- Ability to multi-task, dependable and consistent with efforts.
- Must possess a flexible and adaptive approach to working and time management.
- Continuous improvement efforts.
- Takes direction and readily takes on team roles. Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with other departments to make sure all office paper work is thoroughly managed.
- Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintaining proper data compiling.
- Manage correspondence (mail, letters, packages, etc)
- Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, inquiries, company policies and general correspondence documents.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for internal review as well as per client requests.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
