**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Marketing**
- Manage external project marketing consulting teams to implement marketing plans for real estate development projects
- Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution for multiple development projects

**Corporate Marketing**
- Support and execute corporate marketing initiatives
- Manage company social media platforms and assist with online brand presence
- Assist in planning and organizing company events

**Sales & Closing Support**
- Assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and communication
- Coordinate with lawyers, realtors, and internal teams during the sales and closing process
- Prepare sales summaries, update CRM and tracking sheets, and ensure all required paperwork is completed
- Support buyers with information requests and coordinate with legal teams for final closing documentation and after sales.

**Budgeting & Vendor Management**
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets for active projects
- Negotiate contracts with third-party service providers
- Oversee workflow with consultants, agencies, and graphic design teams

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal team members to implement marketing plans and strategic initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **business, Marketing**, or related field
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a business or marketing coordinator role in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems, Photoshop, social media platforms, and basic graphic design
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience preparing and managing marketing budgets
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage workflow with external vendors
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Experience working with lawyers/realtors or supporting sales processes is an asset

**Compensation & Perks**
- Salary $60,000 - 90,000, based on experience.
