Our client, a leading organization in the retail real estate sector, is seeking an
Event Marketing Manager
to lead marketing, events, and community engagement initiatives. This is a 12+ month contract role with full company benefits and the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple high-traffic retail properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Lead event planning and execution-a key focus of this role.
- Create and manage content for social media and websites.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants, community partners, and stakeholders.
Support national and local marketing initiatives.
Manage promotional programs, reporting, and general marketing operations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, real estate, or consumer-focused industries.

Must have significant event management experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, media channels, and content creation.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Valid driver's license and access to vehicle required.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
