**About us**

We Watch Live Limited is a small business in Surrey, BC. We Watch Live was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing live remote video monitoring services to our clients and keep our communities safe. At We Watch Live, we use the latest technology to provide our clients with solutions to protect personnel and property. We provide a wide range of services, including security solutions at construction sites, commercial / retail businesses, industrial security solutions, and government.

**Overview of role**:

- Execute an effective Marketing strategy - acting as the brand voice with the intention of overall business growth
- Provide strong leadership - investing in their growth and development, coordinating on marketing initiatives & managing priorities
- Develop marketing campaigns for seasonal changeovers by monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and understanding customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Identify strong promotional initiatives, including community events and joint marketing programs, collaborating with our partner teams
- Work with the team to generate compelling content for digital marketing i.e. social media and website.
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messaging including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Support budget planning & execution, working closely with the CFO
- Provide solid art direction on printed marketing materials ensuring they align with our brand vision
- Coordinate TV / radio segments - scheduling topics & presenters, ensuring the timing of segments is relevant to the season
- Contract Renewals and proposal writing for new business
- Liaise with Media Agency on tactics and strategies, implement changes when required

**Is this you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- A proven history of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the service industry with a minimum 10 years experience in the field
- You are a strong leader who can merge digital, cultural, and social trends with analytics into a strategic vision and inspire and motivate a team to execute it
- You are a creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire
- A strong knowledge of web design & maintenance including content development, copywriting, and copy-editing skills
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- An expert in project management, you have strong organizational skills, are self-directed with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced/evolving working environment
