We specialize in helping businesses elevate their online presence through innovative marketing strategies. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
- Create engaging and compelling content (text, images, and videos) tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community for each client.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and ensure their social media presence aligns with their overall marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.

Pay: $18.36-$28.61 per hour
