**Café Manager**

Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. Currently we are excited to create a fantastic café, not only simply serve food and drinks but also providing a wonderful sustenance experience to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic café extraordinaire to join our new café as a Café Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and organize in establishing a new cafe
- Hands on experience in daily operation management
- Plan and organize the operational models and raising prices
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Analyze and forecast budget to boost and maintain the café’s profits
- Develop and implement marketing strategies of increasing revenue, such as setting up loyalty program, including promotion, events, food shows and regular updates
- Manage stock, inventory and ordering efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to get better deals and services.
- Create a supportive work environment with as stable and effective workforce as possible to combat turnover and strengthen business long-term
- Provide leadership to staff which would include training, direction, scheduling and supervision
- Ensure compliance in health and safety regulations
- Facilitate Barista training, track performance and motivate staff moral
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Keep abreast of the market trend and food costs analysis
- Familiar with café technology and equipment to satisfy the customer needs
- Familiar with coffee making
- Familiar with POS system to support the business operations

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food preparation and the operation of café
- Willingness to accept and follow direction from management
- Professional, respectful and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with all team members, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Well organized and efficient and able to multitask
- Sense of entrepreneurship mindset

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
