Our mission at Sabá Café and Bistro is to provide a welcoming environment with exceptional quality service and menu.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced baristas to join our growing team.

We are looking for committed individuals who are ready to provide high quality customer service and great work ethic in a high paced environment. We take pride in the quality of service and products we offer and need individuals to match our high standard.

Applicants must have full time availability.
- Creating consistent high quality beverages for our guests.
- Ensuring all baristas and cashiers have completed their training.
- Greeting and connecting with customers.
- Contributing to a positive work environment.
- Anticipates customer and café needs by constantly evaluating the floor.
- Communicating to management about employee performance and customer feedback.
- Deploying staff and leading the team to a successful shift.
- Delegating and ensuring that staff are completing daily tasks and sanitization protocols.
- Completing inventory counts and daily ordering.
- Responsible for cash handling procedures.
- Communicating with management the needs of the café from a customer and employees perspective. Collaborating to find new ideas on how to evolve and create a positive work environment.
- Applicants must be detail oriented and must thrive in a high paced environment.
- Must have experience making traditional coffee with a manual espresso machine.
- Applicants must be of age to create alcoholic beverages.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
