**Resource Strategy & Management Advisor (Supply Chain Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst)**

Annual salary: $ 107,000.00 - 135,300.00

**What you'll do**
- You will work directly with management, team members and business stakeholders, to uncover, define and prioritize
reporting requirements before transforming them into user-friendly, intuitive reports and visualizations.

You will proactively take steps to ensure you understand the business context in which your reports and insights are being
used, and the decisions they are supporting, so you can continuously improve your product offerings.

across the organization, keeping your eye on the details while also considering the ‘big picture’. You will tackle challenges
with an open mind and adapt to changing priorities.

You will leverage your technical and analytical skills to determine efficient, repeatable processes for gathering,
consolidating, modeling, cleaning, and analyzing large, complex data sets that can be reliably used by senior leaders and
others at all levels of the organization to support decision-making.

You will develop and maintain clear, informative visualizations and reports to help end users quickly and accurately interpret
large, complex data sets and identify actionable insights.

You understand how to achieve success as a key contributor to a larger team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders (workshop facilitation, interviews, surveys) to understand reporting needs and underlying

business process inputs and outputs. Translate stakeholder input into clear, actionable resulting reporting requirements.
- Create and manage detailed documentation of reporting requirements, including data sources, metrics, logic, and desired

outcomes. Ensure requirements documentation is comprehensive, accurate and aligned with business objectives.
- Convert manual reporting into automated reporting / dashboards with insights to help drive the right level of visibility to the

business.
- Develop and maintain clear, compelling dashboards and reports that meet end-user requirements in SAP SAC, Power BI,

and other tools as required.
- Work with management and Technology team to analyze reporting tool options and make structured recommendations

taking into consideration end user requirements, system capabilities and other constraints (e.g., priorities, budget,
timelines).
- Perform complex data mining, extract, clean, transform supply chain data from various source systems, including SAP

Business Warehouse.
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve a central site for Supply Chain Reporting assets to support ease of access for

end users.
- Validate reports to ensure they are accurate and meet end user needs (e.g., user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide

actionable insights). Identify, document, and prioritize opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
- Execute ad-hoc analysis and communicate results of analysis findings and associated reports to project teams, senior

leaders, and other audiences as needed.
- Support reporting training documentation, development and delivery and provide on-going support and enhancement
- requests.
- Support senior team members/Team Leads as required.

**What you bring**
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in Business Intelligence and reporting tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related fields.
- Expert at designing, implementing, and enhancing clear and intuitive reports and dashboards.
