Position: Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (In-person)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at Addiction Rehab Toronto. As the Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building strong community relationships, generating leads, and raising awareness about our facility's services. Your expertise in various digital marketing strategies will contribute to our mission of helping those in need find the support they require.

**Responsibilities**:
Experience with Wordpress, Active Campaign, Google Ads, Bing Ads, considered an asset.

Develop and execute community outreach strategies to establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.

Implement lead generation initiatives to identify and engage individuals seeking addiction and mental health treatment options.

Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the facility's online presence and rankings.

Create engaging eMagazines that provide valuable insights, information, and stories related to addiction and mental health.

Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to reconnect with potential clients and keep our services top-of-mind.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve campaign objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in community relationship building and outreach efforts.

Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.

Proficiency in social media advertising and content creation.

Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and tools.

Experience in creating engaging eMagazines or similar digital content.

Knowledge of remarketing tactics and audience segmentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Passion for and understanding of addiction and mental health issues.

Previous experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
