Are you a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant? Physio In The Six Inc. is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in South Etobicoke.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in social media management on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a track record of increasing engagement and reach.
- Background in content creation, with the ability to create compelling visuals, captions, and stories that align with our brand voice.
- Prior experience in a **physiotherapy, medical office, or small business** setting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

**Duties**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on engagement and community growth. Monitor and respond to interactions to enhance community relationships.
- **Content Creation**: Design captivating visuals, captions, and stories tailored to each platform. Work with graphic designers and copywriters when needed to ensure brand consistency.
- **Community Outreach**: Build connections with local online and offline communities, including influencers and partner organizations, to foster brand awareness and drive traffic.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, vendor management, and promotion. Ensure events run smoothly for optimal attendee experience and brand exposure.
- **Internal Marketing Support**: Support internal teams by creating and distributing marketing materials to promote alignment and awareness of current campaigns.
- **Metrics-Driven Analysis**: Track and report on social media and event performance, using insights to adjust strategies for improved engagement, traffic, and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience in social media and content management, preferably in a healthcare or small business setting.
- Proficiency in maintaining organized and accurate records, especially in digital marketing and outreach activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and community partners.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Position Details**:

- Part-time position, approximately **10-15 hours per week**.
- **Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour**, depending on experience.
