Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

**Summary**:
Kenworth Ontario is currently looking to add a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to our vibrant team at our Peterborough location.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required
- Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership and ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
- Manage cash, debit, and credit purchases
- Complete supply orders
- Preparing mail and boxes to be shipped
- Organize and distribute incoming mail
- Provide administrative support and secretarial services to staff
- Assist the service department/office to meet their demands
- Assist sales personnel with paperwork for truck deals as needed
- Other duties as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to use a computer effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven to build trust and maintain relationships
- Comfortable talking on the telephone
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Previous receptionist experience, or office experience (1-2 years)
