**Your role as a Customer Care Specialist**:
To provide the first level of support for our products and services to retail and wholesale customers around the world.

**Administrative Support**
- Responsible for entering Sales Orders and keeping internal databases updated.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on our procedures and regulations.
- Manage customer service workflows and continuously think of customer service improvements.
- Support additional areas of the business as needed.

**Operational Support**
- Oversee the entire customer experience from the time a sale is made, until final delivery.
- Troubleshoot all customer questions, concerns, or complaints, and involve any other necessary parties.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proactively provide feedback and recommendations to other operational departments on possible process improvement.
- Build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to build and promote customer loyalty.
- Manage and prioritize VIP customers with high level expectations.

**Do you have the profile we’re looking for?**
- Must be fluent in English and French (written/spoken)
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks independently.
- Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient and effective on a computer, including Excel and Outlook.
- Jewellery industry experience an asset.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be an analytical thinker and possess an ability to resolve issues quickly.
