**Job Summary**:
The Photo Studio team is looking for a Photography Specialist to be responsible for maintaining the Photo/Video schedule, coordinating production and supporting onsite photographers/videographers to ensure seamless workflow on all shoots.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining organization of studio & overseeing maintenance of equipment and repairs as necessary;
- Compiling information for casting and talent selection and maintaining up to date talent databases of external freelancers;
- Negotiating rates, terms & agreements/contracts with Influencers, Models & Talent on multiple projects, as well as shipping products;
- Working in collaboration with the Photo/Video Art Direction Production Specialist & Sr. Manager to coordinate and schedule talent for all onsite & offsite photo shoots, producing call sheets and communicating to outside agencies and/or talent;
- Coordinating & supporting photo production for onsite & offsite photo shoots to include location scouting & bookings, obtaining permits, booking talent, arranging transportation, ordering props & catering;
- Supporting the financial tracking by reviewing invoices from freelancers to ensure correct billing, creating purchase orders for all vendors & updating online budget;
- Overseeing the organization and file management for all assets created by the photo/video team as well as maintaining and updating the e-commerce tracker;
- Executing daily uploads of product assets to the e-commerce server & performing daily checkups to ensure completion.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree (DEC, technical diploma, community college diploma) in graphic design and/or photography or related field;
- At least two years, less than five years in a similar role;
- Experience in E-commerce and retail environments;
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite;
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written;
- A valid driver’s license with access to an automobile.
