**Job Summary**:
The Content Production team is looking for a Photography Specialist to be responsible for the execution of online photography and ensuring that all photography translates the brand into visually recognizable imagery. The Photography Specialist must monitor the consistency in retouching and color correcting of all imagery.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for shooting in-house photography of all clothing and accessories on body for E-commerce catalog, as well as E-letters and other special projects;
- Ensure consistency in image creation, processing, and naming conventions;
- Research photography trends in order to help constantly evolve the brand;
- Stay up to date on industry tools, techniques, and best practices in photography;
- Participate in image retouching and color correcting of online related material;
- Participate actively in trend research/market development;
- Liaise cross-functionally and with adjacent departments to ensure all parties are aligned;
- Support the Content Production, Sr. Manager and the Studio Manager in all assigned tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**Education (include professional designation)**
- College degree (DEC, technical diploma, community college diploma) in Photography (essential);
- College degree in Web Design, Multimedia or equivalent is an asset.

**Experience**
- At least two years, less than five years in photography experience in the fashion industry;
- Experience in retail a strong asset.

**Technical Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Capture One Pro and any other photo editing tools;
- Knowledge of principles of commercial photography, image editing and photo studio production including E-commerce environment;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Experience in web-based imaging and photography;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written.

- Creativity required to develop ideas resulting in major improvements to existing products, services, processes and procedures.
