**The Role**:
This is a hybrid role supporting our Pharmaceutical client in North York. The requirement will be to work onsite at the client 2 days a week in North York.

As an AMS Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the Recruitment Administration Team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner
- Managing the following processes for the recruitment/sourcing team: Opening, Posting and Closing reqs; Coordinating interviews and assessments, Managing Background Check Process, Gathering New Hire information and Offer approvals.
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times
- Managing the customers’ needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client
- Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

**Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination is ideal
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Good communication skills including telephone manner
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word
- Intermediate skill level in MS Excel
- Teamwork oriented
- Very detail oriented
