**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Currently, we are working remotely (from home). To offer our staff flexibility, B&P has implemented a hybrid work from home structure.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing a good understanding of the business and client needs in order to hire the best talent.
- Drafting job postings and using social media as well as other platforms to attract and recruit talent.
- Coordinating and participating in virtual and in-person interviews with hiring manager (as required) across all four B&P offices.
- Recording and tracking applicants in the recruitment portal.
- Supporting onboarding of new hire by ensuring a successful orientation experience and tracking 3-month touch point of new hires.
- Occasional travel to the different office locations depending on recruitment needs.
- Providing back up support to the HR Team.
- Assisting with projects and other duties as assigned.

**What you’ll bring to B&P**:

- Minimum two years recruiting experience in agency or professional services firm.
- University degree and/or Post-Graduate Certificate.
- Certificate in working towards a Human Resources Management certification.
- Bilingual in French and English an asset.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- High sense of urgency and commitment.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite of software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team player who demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
