**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required,
- Experience with writing and drafting routine documents, such as articles and reports
- Experience with maintaining databases and formatting data
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Blackboard, web-based surveys and databases; ability to produce reports incorporating tables and graphs, utilizing databases
- Willingness to learn to use new equipment and technology, follow new protocols, etc. when adopted by the Department
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and projects with conflicting deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and high quality
- Ability to work professionally with highly confidential information is necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as a team member
