Olympia’s staff are expected to model values such as caring, cooperation, enthusiasm, integrity, self- leadership, commitment & teamwork. Role Summary This is a leadership role within our Outdoor Centre. The office admin will serve as the organizational hub of the office, managing daily administrative tasks like answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining office inventory. This role is essential for logistical coordination, including managing group and staff scheduling, coordinating the smooth arrival and departure of guests), and ensuring staff communication is current. The position also involves providing direct program support and assisting with retail operations in the Tuck Shop and Pro Shop. Key Responsibilities Assist with scheduling Set an example of how to be an excellent Outdoor Education Instructor at Olympia Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times Create a positive and uplifting environment for all staff Assist with any other onsite duties Qualifications Required: Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C Clean Police Record Check Ability to lead a team Ability to work long hours Experience working with youth in a camp setting Strong communication & customer service skills Preferred: Experience with Google Workspace Experience with Camp Brain Camp Admin Experience What We Offer Competitive salary On Site Housing The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of youth.
