We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Sales Support & Office Administrator to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our startup, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting our sales and customer service efforts. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Prepare and manage sample boxes for prospective and existing clients.
- Assist with client outreach to identify and attract new business opportunities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, introducing them to our products and services.
- Provide basic product information and, when necessary, coordinate with the technical or Project management team for more in-depth queries.

**Office Administration**:

- Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome in the office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and organizing essential documentation.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory in storage areas, kitchen, and supply cabinets is fully stocked.
- Conduct regular checks of office spaces and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

**Reception Desk Duties**:

- Manage the front desk, serving as the friendly face and voice of the company.
- Direct visitors appropriately and schedule appointments when necessary.
- Assist with basic queries and coordinate with the relevant team for technical or product-specific questions

**General Support**:

- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Collaborate with other departments to support various initiatives and projects

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
