**Job description**

**CS Automotive Tubing Inc.** is a manufacturer of stainless steel tubing with corrosion resistance to automotive exhaust and fuel system. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations.

**Duties**:

- Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy in digital and paper records
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, prepare offer documentation and orientation programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers
- Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act and ensure legal compliance
- Knowledge of applicable Health and Safety guidelines and legislation
- Assist with training development, implementation and policies compliance
- Work closely with managers, employees and other stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Handle all employee queries written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality
- Prepare HR related correspondence, arrange meetings and record minutes
- Administer group benefits including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Make business travel arrangements (scheduling, booking and arrange meetings)
- Maintain housekeeping standards and 5S principles for effectiveness of operation
- Adheres to QS / ISO standards as set out in Quality Systems manual
- Purchasing consumables plant supplies
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary school or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $23.80-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
