Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and update documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration.
- Input payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and timely according to payroll deadlines.
- Ensure the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices.
- Provide support to the recruitment process with the onboarding of new employees.
- Advise employees on relevant policies and procedures, or direct employee inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Act as a liaison between benefit careers (group plans and RRSP) in provision of benefits and payroll administration.
- Provide training and guidance to site timekeepers for the integrity of time management with HRIS time and payroll modules.
- Compare data, statistics and other information and conduct research when required.
- Assist with HR related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
- Achieved or working towards CHRP designation.
- Three years’ experience in a human resources role.
- Five years’ experience in administrative support.
- Experience with Success Factors and SAP is considered an asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Work Schedule
To be determined, however, this position will be based in the Timmins Regional Office, or at our Detour Lake Mine. If at the Timmins office, the schedule will be Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). If at Detour Lake Mine the schedule will be 7/7.
