The HR Recruiter will work closely with the HR Business Partners and

As the HR Recruiter at ivari you will:

- Manage multiple job requisitions, with excellent evaluation skills
- Post positions, screen resumes
- Conduct initial screening interviews on the telephone or on MS Teams
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers
- Engage with the HR Business Partners regularly to update status of recruits
- Initiate verbal offers and coordinate background checks through third party vendor
- Make offers of employment and initiate the onboarding process

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple and changing priorities
- Strong ability to find great people and build relationships with them
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office suite and a quick learner of technology
- Common sense, and a good judge of character, ability, and organizational fit
- College or University graduate in HR or a related field
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is an asset
