**Overview**
The Construction Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the construction management team by overseeing project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This position is essential for maintaining project timelines and budgets while ensuring that all construction activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Conduct regular construction inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets to support project planning.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clarity on project expectations.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the construction process to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Support the project management team in scheduling meetings and coordinating site visits.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in construction inspection techniques to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Experience in project management methodologies to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices for accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders involved in the construction process.

Pay: $38,672.70-$71,660.51 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
