**Project Coordinator**

Welcome to the Bertram Construction team. As a Project Coordinator with Bertram Construction, you will work within Simcoe County (home office location is in Barrie).

**Duties**:

- Assist in planning and organizing construction projects according to schedule, budget and specifications.
- Plan and prepare Purchase Orders, and the complete Change Order Process.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing building materials and other supplies.
- Assemble data and prepare Reports, Manuals and other correspondence.
- Carry out administrative day to day activities related to Construction projects.
- Work in Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook updating reports and spreadsheets
- Assist Project Managers, Senior Project Coordinators and Site Superintendents.
- Enter job information into Jonas Construction Management software program.
- Assist with issuing Contracts and Letters of Intent.
- Other duties as directed.

Bertram Construction is a mid-sized Construction company working within Simcoe County and Surrounding communities on ICI and Multi-Unit residential construction projects. Projects range in value from $3,000,000 to $30,000,000.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Required:

- Valid G Licence
- Architectural Technician/Technologist or Construction Technologist diploma preferred
- Proof of Covid Vaccination (you will be required to attend projects that require vaccinated staff)
