**Mission**

In this role, you will be responsible for the rigorous coordination of several areas of activity in talent acquisition. You will be involved in a number of areas such as: relationship with external partners, grant coordination, referral program management and branding. This is a key role in which the incumbent will be required to address multiple demands on a daily basis.
- Depending on your preference, you will be able to work either 100% remotely, in a hybrid mode (office and home) or 100% at the office nearest you._

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the employee referral program
- Assist Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the preparation of job offer letters
- Conduct job postings on all appropriate platforms and networks
- Participate in the hiring process in the HR system
- Coordinate translations for job postings
- Prepare various types of reports on talent acquisition activities
- Participate in the implementation of the future HR system and become a super user

**Profile**
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related discipline
- Minimum of one year experience
- Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
