The iA Financial Group Talent Acquisition team is looking for a proactive, energetic, and curious recruiting professional who is motivated by results and has a natural ability to build strong relationships. Become a member of a North American dedicated to making iA Financial Group an employer of choice You will play a key role in attracting and selecting the best talent to meet the functional and strategic needs of multiple sectors within the organization.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Act as a strategic advisor to business partners (managers)
- Effectively target recruiting needs and adapt strategies in an effort to fill positions successfully and sustainably
- Participate in networking activities to increase awareness of the employer brand and help grow your network
- Liaise with colleagues in multiple offices within the National TA team (Vancouver, Quebec and Montreal) to be effective, efficient and exchange good practices
- Champion the company philosophy by focusing on the employee and the client experience

**Desired profile**
- Post Secondary education in human resources, industrial relations or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience including 3 in an advisory role and in recruitment
- Ability to use recruitment tools and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, Indeed and other innovative platforms)
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French language is required
- Previous staffing agency experience considered a strong asset
- Previous exposure to meeting KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets considered an asset
- Experience using an ATS would be an asset (We use Workday)
