As a Technician, Talent Acquisition (student), you’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment operations and enhancing the employee experience. What You’ll Accomplish With Us Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner. Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately. Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday). Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients. Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks. What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role Attention to detail, proactivity, and team spirit. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday). Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced level of French required, as the role involves regular communication with internal and external colleagues and partners, participation in meetings, and reviewing documentation in French.
