Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (TA) Location: Hybrid in Moncton, NB Canada Duration: 12 Months Contract || W2 Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and delivering top-tier talent to support our business goals across Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Strategic sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Employer branding: Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Poland, promoting our culture and values through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement. Market intelligence: Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies. Compliance & reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. Project involvement: Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, and technology enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization. Strong understanding of the Moncton, New Brunswick Canada labor market and employment regulations. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
