**What you will accomplish with us**

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a strategic, operational, and tactical advisor to hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions optimally and sustainably;
- Collaborating with the designated Talent & Culture Business Partner to understand key priorities, interests, and required expertise, and sharing this information within the team;
- Representing iA at networking events to increase our employer brand awareness and contribute to the development of your professional network;
- Providing advice on best practices and mentoring your colleagues in Canada and the United States, with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and performance;

**What will accelerate your success in this role**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 10 years of experience, including 5 to 8 years in advisory and recruitment roles;
- Demonstrates advanced sourcing skills;
- Manages multiple priorities effectively;
- Works with performance indicators in a dynamic environment with a sustained workload;
