This is a hybrid position, with opportunities for some work from home days each week if desired (more in office time may be required during the initial weeks of training). We offer a competitive starting salary of $55,000 annually, 3 weeks of paid vacation, and extended health and dental benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the full cycle recruitment/hiring process by placing job ads, selecting resumes, pre-screening, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts etc
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in the database (DayForce)
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Support other functions as assigned
- Manage our referral program and signing bonuses

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
- Proven interest or knowledge in a human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS systems, such as DayForce or Workable (preferred, not required)
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
