**Canlan is currently looking for a People and Culture Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Accountabilities**:
The role has primary responsibilities in the areas of recruitment systems, support, and development:

- Assisting in implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Using ADP for new employee onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define talent needs and improve administrative processes.
- Managing and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies in recruitment and employee record-keeping.

**Abilities, Attributes and Experience**:

- 1 - 3 years previous experience in similar areas of responsibility
- Business diploma or degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ADP or similar HR software for onboarding and employee records.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers
- Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities
- Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity
- Proactive attitude with ability to work under pressure
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Good administrative, organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure
