**The duties of the People & Culture Coordinator may include but are not limited to**:

- Create and maintain ADP Workforce Now employee profiles accurately and completely
- Assist with the development, implementation and promotion of Company programs, policies and procedures
- Support the People & Culture Generalist with the recruiting process by:

- Creating job postings
- Reviewing/screening resumes
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Support the Payroll & Benefits Specialist with the payroll process by:

- Assisting with processing bi-weekly US and Canadian payrolls for hourly, salaried and commission-based employees
- Reviewing time sheets and other pay documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enrolling and terminating employees on the various benefit plans
- Reconciling benefit premium billing statements
- Assisting with other duties and projects as assigned

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Education**: University Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
- **Experience**: 2 + years of work experience in a People & Culture, and/or Payroll
- Familiarity with recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
- Knowledge of provincial employment standards
- Basic knowledge of accounting an asset
- Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality
- Keen attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Highly organized, motivated, flexible and customer focused
- Dependable with good time management skills
- **Computer Skills**: Strong Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now would be an asset
