**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.
- Assist in production preparation (setting up containers, greening arrangements, etc.) as directed by the design or operations manager.
- Water plants, and cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage.
- Wrap and price completed arrangements.
- Address customer concerns and inform the manager immediately.
- Assist with new product designs when asked.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and department.
- Assist the Design Manager with any clerical needs.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate and interact harmoniously with team members to foster a positive team working relationship.
- Be available for event setups and take-downs at various venues (halls, churches, etc.) for weddings, parties, and other occasions as needed.
- Schedule consultations and manage the shop's Google Calendar.
- Be willing to assist in any department of Beaudry Flowers when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to stay productive and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for flowers and a willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who is available at least 3-4 days a week with more availability during the busier times like Christmas, Valentine's day, Mother's Day and wedding season.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
