**Job Summary**

The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products using a Class G and/or Class DZ vehicle. This role involves operating delivery trucks, loading and unloading goods, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring vehicle safety. The Driver must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent customer service, and follow all safety and transportation regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, and enjoy being on the road.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Class G and/or Class DZ vehicles to deliver products to various locations.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
- Interact with customers professionally and address delivery-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, organizing stock, and handling floral supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper safety equipment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in floral arranging, production, or assembly line work preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of delivery driving experience.
- Valid Class G or DZ Driver’s License.
- Must provide a current driving record.
- Bilingual in English and French required; Spanish is an asset.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry boxes up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment (0°C to 10°C) and handling water-filled containers.
- Flexible availability, including overtime, weekends, and peak floral holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

**Supervisory Responsibility**
- This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**

Warehouse environment with exposure to:

- Cold environment of a cooler with temperature between 0 degree Celsius to 10 degrees Celsius;
- fluctuating heat and cold due to open doors;
- some noise associated with forklift traffic;
- Lifting boxes up to 45lbs
- Standing and walking for extended periods.

Driving Conditions with exposure to:

- Various weather and road conditions
- Sitting for extended periods

**Expected Hours of Work**
- This is a regular full-time role with 40 hours of work per week; however business may require additional hours during peak seasons.
