Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and manage office staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems
- Handle human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training & development
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Organize filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial reporting as needed
- Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational practices
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management
- Supervising experience is preferred to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Experience in human resources functions including payroll and employee training & development
- Background in vendor management and budgeting practices is advantageous
- Proficiency in clerical tasks with attention to detail in filing and documentation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$27.20 per hour
