**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or reservations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Process payment with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Assist in managing reservations through phone systems and online platforms.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Other tasks that are required for smooth operation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, especially in a hotel setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling phone systems effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
