Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest needs or directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues in a courteous manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information.
